1. Key Responsibilities:
* Close sales in line with the business development strategy and achieve sales targets
* Define and implement go-to-market plans
* Build and maintain a strong network to track trends and developments
* Organize sales actions and represent our client at industry events
* Lead tender proposals to create compelling value propositions
* Engage with C-level executives to secure partnerships
* Collaborate closely with European Business Development teams
* Skilled in prospecting and networking to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
* Independent and capable of executing a defined go-to-market plan
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to connect with senior industry leaders and influencers
* Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in the Health (and Personal) -Care sector
* Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of other languages (e.g., French) is a plus
* Open to frequent European travel (20-25%)
