1. ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization
2. IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)
3. RUN: Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing
YOUR MISSIONS
As a SuccessFactors Solution Architect / LEAD, your mission will be to actively contribute to the development of our SuccessFactors integration practice. Your responsibilities will include:
Project Management
4. Oversee projects and ensure that client requirements and commitments are met, particularly from a technical and budgetary standpoint.
5. Proactively identify and manage technical, financial, legal, and contractual risks associated with projects.
6. Foster and manage client relationships to build trust and long-term partnerships.
7. Lead and manage technical teams involved in projects.
Internal Contributions
8. Participate in the recruitment and development of team members.
9. Respond to requests for proposals.
10. Contribute to internal projects.
YOUR PROFILE
11. You have at least 4 years of proven experience in consulting, with a deep understanding of SuccessFactors implementation.
12. Ideally, you have worked on international projects.
13. You are certified in at least two SuccessFactors modules.
14. You possess a dynamic, rigorous, and analytical mindset, strong listening skills, and a team-oriented approach, allowing you to thrive in an innovative and motivating project environment.
15. You have excellent adaptability skills and strong oral communication abilities.
16. You are willing to travel and are fluent in Dutch, English & French.
