A growing industrial group in the sustainable/ industrial sector is looking for a Chief Accountant / Accounting Manager to take full ownership of accounting for three Belgian entities.
Key responsibilities:Manage full-cycle, multi-entity accounting, reporting, and consolidationSupervise a small team (up to 3 people) – first-time managers welcomeCollaborate directly with the CFOOccasionally travel to 3 sites across Belgium (monthly)Drive process improvements and implement new initiatives
Requirements:Bilingual French & Dutch – English is a mustExperience in industrial/manufacturing accountingComfortable with ERP systems: Odoo, Exact, ExcelAutonomous, proactive, flexibleMobile and adaptable for occasional site visitsOpen to candidates eager to step into management
