ICT Infrastructure PC Engineer
Your Responsibilities: As an ICT Infrastructure PC Engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation, integration, maintenance, documentation, and troubleshooting of PCs and software for the employees of Reynaers Group worldwide.
* Focus on the installation, configuration, maintenance, and documentation of laptops and PCs.
* Be part of the 1st line helpdesk for the ICT infrastructure team.
* For more complex issues or problems, consult with colleagues from 2nd line support.
* Report to the ICT Infrastructure Servicedesk Teamleader.
Your Profile:
* You hold a Bachelor's degree in ICT.
* Whether you're a recent graduate or have
some work experience, you're welcome to apply.
* You have a very good command of both Dutch and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
* You have solid knowledge of:
o LAN networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
o Windows Server Operating Systems
o Microsoft Active Directory
o Microsoft Exchange
o Microsoft EntraID/Intune
o Microsoft 365
* You can quickly analyze and resolve technical issues.
* You are a team player, solution-oriented, and focused on customer excellence.
* You can work independently and are results-oriented.
* You are willing to travel occasionally.
