Resource Management Specialist (Staffing & Scheduling)
Overview
We are looking for a Resource Management Specialist to support staffing operations by assigning the right professionals to client engagements. This role focuses on scheduling, utilization tracking, conflict resolution, and workforce planning to ensure teams are properly staffed and resources are efficiently allocated.
Key Responsibilities
* Assign client service professionals to engagements based on business needs, policies, availability, and utilization targets.
* Review staffing plans and challenge schedules/hours when needed to ensure efficient resource allocation.
* Identify staffing risks such as low/high utilization, workload imbalance, performance concerns, or team conflicts, and propose solutions.
* Resolve scheduling conflicts by coordinating with engagement leaders and finding appropriate alternatives.
* Maintain continuous communication with team members and leadership to understand staffing needs, preferences, and career development goals.
* Monitor utilization and scheduling reports, forecast staffing demand, and track headcount using scheduling tools.
* Share insights and staffing data with leadership and escalate complex issues when required.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
* 3–5 years of experience in staffing, resource management, workforce planning, scheduling, or similar roles.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
* Strong client-service mindset and ability to work with urgency.
* Availability to work extended hours when required.
* Advanced English level (C1/C2) – mandatory.
