What Are We Looking For
* Available for 6 months full time.
* Interest in learning, being hands-on & proactive.
* Being fluent in English and Dutch or French.
As a Business Analyst intern, here's a taste of what you could be doing - but there's even more to explore
* Data Visualization & Reporting: Build and maintain interactive sales dashboards for clear data insights and provide regular (daily & monthly) sales performance updates.
* In-Depth Sales Analysis: Conduct deep-dives to support specific sales projects (e.g., product launches, campaigns) and analyze data to answer ad-hoc questions and requests from business partners across L'Oréal.
* Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer data within L'Oréal's CRM system.

What To Expect In Terms Of Application Process
When you apply for a marketing role at L'Oréal, think of it as the first step.
* We'll review your application and if there's a potential fit, we'll invite you to a first HR interview to learn more about you.
* Based on your aspirations and our needs, we'll determine which of our four divisions – Consumer Products (CPD), L'Oréal Luxe, Professional Products (PPD), and Active Cosmetics (LDB) – would be the best fit. Each division focuses on different brands and customers, offering diverse opportunities for your career journey.
* Once we've identified a potential match, we'll share your profile with the hiring manager.
* If the hiring manager is interested in your profile, we'll set up an interview for you to meet.
* And if everyone agrees you're the perfect fit, we'll make an offer
