As a Corporate Officer, you will play a crucial role in the management of Luxembourg-based companies. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the onboarding process, overseeing day-to-day activities, and coordinating board meetings.
You will be responsible for drafting various corporate legal documents, such as Articles of Association, liquidation deeds, and shareholders' agreements. You will also communicate with notaries, banks, and Luxembourg authorities, and prepare necessary bank documentation.
Your qualifications should include a diploma in Law or strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law, 3-4 years of professional experience in a similar role, and excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
