Lead Enterprise Sales Executive
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic sales professional to lead and drive sales engagements. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding your quota by crafting and implementing strategic territory plans targeting deployments of our Next Generation Security Platform.
You will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive account strategies that align with our business objectives. Your focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions to meet customer needs.
Your Impact
* Drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles, working collaboratively with internal partners and teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Utilize consultative selling skills to establish long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors
* Create and implement strategic account plans focused on achieving enterprise-wide deployments
* Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position our products and services
* Engage in a programmatic approach to demand generation, development, and expansion of your territory
* Leverage prospect stories to craft compelling value propositions, highlighting the unique benefits and insights for each specific account
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and news, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics
* Travel as necessary within your territory, as well as to company-wide meetings
The Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A proven track record of experience in SaaS-based architectures, preferably within the networking and/or security industry – SASE technology is preferred
* Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions, value selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
* Tech aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions address business challenges
* Able to cultivate relationships with channel partners to bring a channel-centric go-to-market approach to our customers
* In-depth knowledge of the full sales cycle, with the ability to follow a structured sales process
* Ability to take a holistic approach to problem-solving, considering complex interrelationships and outcomes
* Excellent time management skills, with a high level of autonomy and self-direction
* Proficiency in Dutch and English language skills
