Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger and cost accounting, whilst ensuring that closing deadlines are met.Comprehensive management of accounts receivable and accounts payable, payroll and tax filings, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.Managing and supervising an accounting team ensuring the development of skills and the quality of the team’s work.Collaborate with the CFO on managing cash, overseeing treasury operations, maintaining banking relationships, and reporting financial information to leadership and shareholders.Support operational teams as a key business partner through actionable financial recommendations and the development of strong, trust-driven partnerships.Identifying and optimizing accounting and financial processes to enhance efficiency and maintain robust internal controls.Your key skills & profileProfile10–20 years of professional experience in accounting leadership roles.Track record in companies with revenues between EUR 100M and EUR 1B.Proven experience as Head of Accounting.Strong understanding of international accounting standards, governance and financial structuring.Exposure to industrial environments is a strong advantage.Key skills- Fluent in English.- Strategic and operational finance leadership.- Hands-on mindset in scaling and structuring environments.- Solid communication and stakeholder management.- Ability to operate in multicultural and fast-growing contexts.
