We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead and develop the people agenda, ensuring effective recruitment, talent development, and robust HR processes that support business growth. This role plays a key part in building a strong organizational culture, partnering closely with leadership, and ensuring compliance with labor practices while fostering employee engagement and performance.
Main responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Lead and coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and workforce planning.
* Manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with external recruitment providers, agencies, and talent networks.
Learning, Training & Development
* Design and implement the company’s training and development strategy.
* Identify skill gaps and development needs across teams, supporting both operational and strategic capability building.
* Coordinate and monitor training initiatives, ensuring measurable impact and continuous improvement.
HR Operations & Labor Administration
* Coordinate with external payroll and labor advisory partners for payroll processing, contracts, hires, terminations, and contractual changes.
* Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal policies.
* Maintain accurate HR records and processes, supporting audits and governance requirements.
HR Reporting & Management Support
* Prepare and deliver regular HR reports and insights to the management team.
* Support leadership with people-related data, trends, and recommendations to inform decision-making.
Stakeholder Management & Culture
* Act as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees.
* Promote a positive, high-performance work environment aligned with company values.
* Support employee relations topics with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources roles, with strong focus on recruitment and training.
* Proven experience recruiting and developing blue-collar profiles.
* Solid knowledge of HR operations, labor administration, and coordination with external service providers.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work autonomously while partnering closely with management teams.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving.
* Fluency in Spanish; good command of English is a plus.
