They’re now looking for a Lead Software Engineer to take ownership of technical direction, guide a small but talented team, and help push the boundaries of what modern software can do—especially in the rapidly evolving AI space.
What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a team of 2 developers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing engineering culture
Architect, design, and build scalable applications using
TypeScript, React, and Node.js
Drive the integration of
AI and LLM-powered features
into client products (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini)
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and clients to deliver impactful solutions
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas into the business
Ensure best practices across code quality, performance, and maintainability
What You Bring
Strong experience with
TypeScript, React, and Node.js
in production environments
Proven experience leading or mentoring developers
Hands‑on experience or strong interest in
AI, LLMs, and machine learning concepts
Familiarity with tools and platforms such as
OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or GPT‑based systems
Solid understanding of software architecture and modern development practices
Experience with
Python
and machine‑learning frameworks
