As we enter a new phase of growth, we are looking for a Marketing Lead to structure and manage our local marketing team. The goal: bring clarity, drive visibility, and generate impact — across both the patient (B2C) and healthcare professional (B2B) segments.
Your Mission
As Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for our full acquisition and brand strategy:
* Manage the brand image of Doctoranytime
* Define and execute the local marketing strategy
* Structure and lead the marketing team (currently 1 person + part-time support)
* Launch and manage marketing campaigns (both offline and digital)
* Generate qualified B2B leads through inbound marketing
* Coordinate the external agencies in charge of SEO/SEA
* Track and report on KPIs with a data-driven approach
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and the international HQ
Profile
* Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a SaaS or marketplace environment
* Strong expertise in campaign marketing, SEO/SEA, and acquisition strategies
* Ability to think strategically while being hands-on (the team will grow, but initially, execution will be required)
* Experience in team management or mentoring junior profiles
* Comfortable coordinating with external freelancers and partners (design, data, content, etc.)
* Proficient with tools for analysis, marketing automation, and campaign performance
* Native-level French and fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
* Highly autonomous, rigorous, curious, and pragmatic
* Bonus : Knowledge of HubSpot (B2B), and Customer.io (B2C)
