As a key member of an international chemical group, the Group Reporting & Controlling Manager will play a central role in transforming how financial and operational data is managed, analyzed, and reported across the organization. Acting as a strategic business partner between Finance, IT, and the business, this role will drive the implementation of modern BI solutions, promote data-driven decision making, and ensure consistency in reporting standards across subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the modernization of group reporting processes through the implementation of advanced BI and data analytics tools.
* Drive automation and integration initiatives to streamline data collection, validation, and reporting.
* Design and implement standardized financial and performance dashboards for management and subsidiaries.
* Act as the main liaison between Finance and IT to translate business requirements into robust BI and reporting solutions.
* Support business teams with actionable insights, ensuring data reliability and accessibility.
* Promote best practices in data governance, financial controlling, and performance reporting.
* Continuously assess and improve the group’s BI ecosystem to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Profile Sought
* 5 to 10 years of experience in finance, controlling, or business intelligence roles.
* Strong understanding of financial processes and performance management.
* Proven experience implementing or managing BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar).
* Solid technical understanding of data models, reporting automation, and data integration.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to act as a true business partner.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Experience with SAP is a very strong asset
