Your Profile & DNA:
Seeking a DevOps Engineer with experience in monitoring, automation, and incident management to design, integrate, and optimize observability systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage monitoring solutions (Prometheus, SNMP, GCP, Kubernetes) for CNFs/VNFs
Integrate alerting systems with external tools via REST APIs and automate workflows (alerting → ticketing)
Develop automation scripts using Python/Go
Define and manage incident workflows, escalation policies, and alert prioritization
Perform gap analysis and drive POCs for new monitoring tools
Work with Linux, Docker, and networking environments
Maintain documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
Strong experience in monitoring/observability tools and REST integrations
Proficiency in Python or Go
Knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and networking
Good understanding of incident management and automation
