Since Qover was founded in 2016, our co-founders had a clear vision of the future of insurance: it must be simple, transparent, and accessible across borders – a global safety net.
To that end, our platform covers millions of users across 32 European countries and works with longstanding partners like Revolut, Mastercard, BMW, Canyon, Monzo and many others.

Context
Qover is a B2B insurtech platform that helps companies embed insurance into their customer journeys. We work with enterprise and scale-up partners across fintech, mobility, retail, and financial services – in complex, regulated, multi-stakeholder environments.
We're growing, and we need a senior marketing leader who can combine hands-on execution with strategic clarity – someone who's comfortable being close to the market, the numbers and the teams.
Location
Brussels (preferred) or Europe-based, with regular on-site presence (minimum once per month)
Your Role
The VP of Growth & Marketing owns Qover's end-to-end marketing and growth agenda as part of the Revenue Team.. This role sits at the intersection of brand, demand, pipeline generation, content creation and market presence, with a strong emphasis on execution, cross-functional alignment and measurable impact.
You'll lead an existing, autonomous marketing team, providing direction, prioritisation and clarity, while remaining personally involved in key initiatives. This is not a 'slide-only' role: you're expected to be visible in the market, close to clients, partners, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed.

Events & market presence
● Take ownership of Qover's event strategy, including flagship events, industry conferences and partner-led initiatives
