About the Role
We’re seeking a hands‑on Governance, Audit & Control Expert to actively drive IT governance, risk management, finance oversight, and resource management. This role requires strong analytical skills, adaptability, and proven experience in regulatory frameworks and budget cycles.
Key Responsibilities
* Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC):
* Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIS2) & IT governance standards
* Manage third‑party processes (ITM3 controls) and continuity planning
* Identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks with clear reporting
* Maintain audit readiness and strong data quality standards
Finance & Budget Management:
* Monitor monthly budget consumption, forecasts, and actuals
* Consolidate inputs for Mid‑Term Plan and budget cycles
* Act as stakeholder contact for budget and reporting topics
* Drive continuous improvement of governance tools & processes
* Resource Management Oversight:
* Supervise HR reporting streams and staffing KPIs
* Ensure accuracy and coherence in resource reporting
* Liaise with HR, Procurement, and Chapter Leads on resource issues
Skills & Profile
* Trilingual (English, French, Dutch) – mandatory
* 8–10 years of analytical thinking experience
* 5–8 years of flexibility/adaptability in dynamic environments
* Strong background in IT processes, regulatory frameworks, and budget cycles
* Prior exposure to audit, internal control, or third‑party management is a plus
