Responsibilities
* Assess current dashboards and processes for automation opportunities.
* Build and maintain Power BI reports integrating data from multiple sources, automating refresh cycles.
* Document data pipelines, transformation logic, and ensure timely reporting.
* Collaborate with HR to gather requirements and redesign dashboards for better decision‑making.
* Conduct training for users to drive dashboard adoption.
* Provide comprehensive documentation, including data lineage and KPI definitions.
* Manage a backlog of improvements and prototype new dashboard designs.
* Coach the team with Power Platform tools.
* Design an HR SharePoint landing page for key resources and reports.
* Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
* Establish best practices for version control and deployment.
* Track usage and feedback to enhance dashboards.
Qualifications and Experience
* Hands‑on experience with Power BI, DAX, data modeling, and optimization.
* Strong Power Query skills.
* Integration experience with HR systems such as Workday and SAP HR.
* Knowledge of APIs, connectors, and data extraction.
* Basic Power Apps development.
* Experience building SharePoint Online pages.
* Understanding of HR data governance and privacy.
* Ability to translate Excel processes into automated solutions.
* Stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and user training experience.
* Excellent documentation abilities.
* Capacity to manage enhancements and redesigns.
* Familiarity with regulated, matrixed environments preferred.
