Cyber Security Technical Advisor – BelgiumFull-Time | Remote-HybridAs our Cyber Security Technical Advisor, you'll help organisations across Belgium design, implement, and optimise secure, resilient environments that align with their strategic goals and the evolving threat landscape.You’ll blend deep technical know-how with business acumen—delivering guidance that makes an immediate and lasting impact.What You’ll DoDefine Security Architectures: Develop end-to-end security frameworks across infrastructure, cloud, and applications for enterprise environments.Lead Engagements: Conduct security assessments, audits, and remediation planning—helping clients identify and reduce risk.Advise Senior Stakeholders: Present insights and strategies to executive teams, bridging the gap between technical complexity and business needs.Support Pre‐Sales: Create compelling demo flows, ROI models, and solution positioning to support business development.Stay Ahead of the Curve: Evaluate new technologies and threat trends, and advise on innovative controls and risk mitigation strategies.What You Bring7+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, with a strong background in both architecture and client-facing work.Proven expertise in at least three of the following areas: SASE, Zero Trust, IAM/PAM, endpoint protection, CSPM, cloud security, threat intelligence, OT/network/application security.Familiarity with technologies and platforms from vendors such as Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Cisco, Fortinet, Netskope, Thales, or similar.Understanding of areas such as MDR, CSIRT, GRC, vulnerability management, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Fluent in English, with the ability to present technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Nice to HaveCertifications like CISSP, CCSP, GIAC, CompTIA Sec+, or ISO 22301.Experience in SIEM, EDR, penetration testing, threat modelling, or DevSecOps.
