Our client is a leading global player in semiconductor and nanotechnology research. Known for pioneering advancements in chip technology, they collaborate with top industry partners and academic institutions to drive innovation. They are looking for a temporary Sales Contract Assistant.
Assignment
1. Provide administrative support for vendor onboarding processes, including the completion and management of customer vendor forms.
2. Ensure accurate registration of customer portals in line with internal guidelines.
3. Coordinate complex questionnaires by collaborating with relevant stakeholders, and proactively troubleshoot and resolve any onboarding or registration challenges.
4. Maintain clear and effective internal communication with stakeholders regarding all of the above activities.

6. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong administrative accuracy
7. Able to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to evolving processes
8. Proactive, solution-driven, and resourceful in problem-solving
9. Fluent in English (mandatory)
