1. Experience: min 8 years
2. Languages: English is our working language. Dutch and/or French are not mandatory, but they will help you be closer to some colleagues and navigate nuances more effectivelyâespecially when things get complex.

Your technical toolbox (mustâhave, not superheroâlevel):
10. Project & reporting tools: Jira, Smartsheet and/or MS Project, advanced Excel
11. BI & dashboarding: Power BI or similar, KPI logic, basic data modeling
12. Tech & automation: working knowledge or deep understanding of SQL, Python, APIs or lowâcode tools (enough to speak fluent âdeveloperâ and challenge solutions when needed; insight in software development cycle and methodology)
