The Regional Head of Markets that shapes PMI's growth strategy across the region, translating global priorities into actionable plans that drive revenue and market expansion. This is a high-impact leadership role which is responsible for building partnerships, leading talented teams, and directly influencing how we serve customers and grow our business across multiple markets. What you will do: You will be responsible for aligning with, and influencing, regional and global functions, including direct and indirect channels & ATPs, organizations, Government, marketing campaigns, communications, Customer Care & Experience, PMI events within region, third party partnerships, agreements and for regional growth of the PMI global executive council. What you will bring to the role: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree desired; postgraduate business degree preferred 7 years of leadership experience in global, multi-market business environments Proven track record in B2B sales, channel management, and business development Experience leading dispersed teams across geographies B2C experience is a plus Skills and Abilities: Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills Expert in building and managing partnerships that drive revenue Natural leader who empowers high-performing teams and builds trust across organizations Proven ability to mentor individuals and teams Excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation abilities Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by change Fluent in English (PMI's business language), knowledge of additional European language(s) is a plus.
