As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Odoo, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits policies for our employees worldwide for Odoo Group (Europe, US, Asia, Australia, Africa), ensuring alignment with the global group strategy and local legal requirements. You will contribute to enhancing talent attraction, retention, and engagement in a dynamic international environment.
You will be mainly based in Belgium (Louvain-la-Neuve) and report directly to the Group CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and optimize compensation and benefits policies for our Odoo subsidiaries around the world (France, Germany, Asia, Spain, Italy, US, Dubai, Australia…)
Oversee salary packages, including fixed and variable pay, bonuses, equity plans, and other employee benefits.
Ensure legal and tax compliance of compensation and benefits program
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness of compensation packages.
Collaborate with international HR teams to harmonize local practices with global Odoo standards.
Candidate Profile:
3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in an international group.
Deep knowledge of international compensation and benefits regulations
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or HR systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in an international context
Excellent communication skills in English
