As our it operations manager, you will bridge the gap between technical support and service management. You will lead a team dedicated to operational excellence, ensuring our digital services deliver a seamless and positive impact every day.
Your tasks
* Lead and empower the service quality and support team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
* Oversee service performance and design to ensure a high-quality user experience.
* Develop and implement strategies and processes to enhance service delivery.
* Establish kpi's to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
* Manage external vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service agreements.
* Oversee incident management and disaster recovery planning.
* Participate in budget planning and optimize resource allocation.
* Act as an expert advisor to stakeholders on it operations and service quality.
Your profile
* Proven leadership experience in it operations, service management, or support within a corporate environment.
* Ability to translate tactical plans into team development and improved service quality.
* Experienced in managing budget cycles and optimizing resources for cost-effectiveness.
* Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive, rigorous approach.
* Professional fluency in english is mandatory, combined with fluency in either dutch or french.
