Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the implementation, management, and ongoing maintenance of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmental management systems
* Prepare and maintain quality plans, procedures, manuals, and supporting documentation
* Liaise with clients to ensure quality requirements, standards, and procedures are submitted, approved, and implemented in line with agreed schedules
* Plan, conduct, and complete internal and external audits
* Provide guidance and support to management on quality assurance matters
* Ensure all required documentation and certification is accurate, complete, and verified prior to project handover
* Chair and participate in weekly coordination meetings with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Control project documentation by reviewing and updating records to reflect policy changes and ISO requirements
* Report progress, issues, and findings directly to the Project Manager
* Organise and attend site inspections related to installation activities
* Carry out ongoing quality inspections throughout all stages of project delivery
* Coordinate and attend benchmarking inspections to ensure quality standards are met
* Maintain and update "Right First Time" records and quality procedures
* Manage the handover of completed systems or project areas to the client's team
* Ensure QA/QC procedures used across projects are consistent, standardised, and fully incorporated into the company's QA/QC manual
* Perform any additional duties associated with the role as required
Essential Criteria:
* Third-level or professional qualification in a relevant discipline, preferably with a mechanical focus
* Minimum of three years' experience carrying out quality walk-downs on construction sites
* At least three years' experience performing QA/QC inspections on large-scale construction projects ideally data centres
* Strong working knowledge of inspection processes and completion of inspection forms in line with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
* Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational, planning, and time-management abilities
* High standards of professional integrity, including reliability, commitment, and respect for others
* Proactive, confident, and solution-focused approach to resolving quality-related issues
* Ability to prepare clear, accurate, and professional quality reports
* Competent user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
