We are looking for a System Engineer, the role focuses on managing the full lifecycle of computerized lab systems in QC and MSAT labs, ensuring compliance, reliability, and data integrity. We are looking for someone with life sciences experience, particularly in GMP environments. The engineer will collaborate with vendors, business experts, and QA teams to implement improvements and support validation activities.
* Manage lifecycle activities of computerized lab systems, including design, implementation, and maintenance.
* Develop detailed specifications, architecture, and installation instructions for new systems.
* Evaluate system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
* Support validation, maintenance, and on-site L3 support when required.
* Ensure backup, disaster recovery plans, and periodic recovery tests are performed.
What We Expect From You:
* Proven experience in validation and qualification methodologies (GMP, GAMP5, CFR21 Part 11).
* Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (W7–W11, Server 2012–2025) and IT infrastructure.
* Familiarity with networking essentials, Active Directory, antivirus, and remote administration.
* Scripting skills (DOS, VBScript, PowerShell) for system automation and troubleshooting.
