Today Schindler is recruiting a Field Supervisor for our Large Projects within our department of New Installations.
As a Field Supervisor at Schindler you will be part of the department New Projects. More specifically, you will join the team responsible for are Large Accounts. As a Field Supervisor you will mostly be present in the field in order to follow up closely our projects.
Plan and oversee all stages of assigned projects, ensuring execution within the agreed timelines and budgets.
Supervise field teams to ensure flawless technical execution by being present on the field.
Ensure client expectations are met through effective collaboration with internal teams.
Work closely with internal departments, including technical design, procurement, quality, safety, and finance, to ensure smooth project execution aligned with Schindler standards.
Oversee and coordinate the implementation of solutions, focusing on the safety of equipment and involved teams.
You will lead a team of technicians.
Supervise the work of subcontractors
Languages: Proficiency in Dutch and French (written and spoken).
