Responsibilities
1. As a Production Engineer you collaborate daily with Production and Maintenance colleagues to identify potential quality issues, safety risks, or yield losses.
2. You clarify root causes, recommend solutions, and follow up on implementation for each issue identified.
3. You work with Engineering and external partners to implement new equipment or execute major updates to existing equipment.
4. You facilitate effective project meetings with fellow Process Engineers and team members to ensure continuous process monitoring and control.
5. You lead New Product Introductions (NPIs) in collaboration with colleagues from Product Support, from initiation to completion.
6. You take ownership of a specific production area and serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for that domain.
Requirements
7. Master's degree in engineering, with a strong technical background.
8. Experience in automation and equipment validation (preferred).
9. Familiar with manufacturing processes and production equipment.
10. Ability to facilitate project meetings and manage project budgets.
11. Strong organizational and communication skills.
12. Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
13. Fluent in Dutch and English.
