Responsibilities
1. As Execution Systems Project Engineer you are responsible for executing all activities to ensure computerized systems are fit for intended use and compliant with applicable regulations throughout their lifecycle
2. You implement ISA- level 1 and 2 systems
3. You lead ES projects and ensure clear project definitions, priorities, and availability of resources, capabilities, and processes
4. You execute ES standards and deliver business results
5. You drive business process standardization across clusters, platforms, and the enterprise
6. You establish ES system roadmaps
7. You promote innovative solutions and improve processes and methodologies
8. You support the definition of departmental, project, and program goals and tactics
9. You define objectives at business unit, site, or cluster level and contribute to ES strategies and capabilities
10. You develop and present Pre-Project Definitions (PPD), including business case, scope, timeline, resources, financials, and risks
11. You act as technical system owner during projects for approval of design and qualification documentation
12. You keep stakeholders and senior management informed on project status, outlook, risks, and KPIs
13. You collaborate with stakeholders using an integrated ES approach
14. You work closely with internal partners (Manufacturing, EHSS, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Facilities) to define standards, needs, and priorities
15. You collaborate with external partners to develop and execute engineering scope and engage with industry for benchmarking and alignment
16. You develop engineering scope for automation projects and participate as CTM or ETM with responsibility for automation delivery
Requirements
17. Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (e.g. Automation, Electrical, Industrial, or equivalent through experience)
18. +5 years of relevant experience; experience in a regulated environment (e.g. pharma) is a strong plus
19. Demonstrate hands-on experience with DeltaV control systems
20. Knowledge of PCS7 and PLC systems is considered a strong plus
21. Fluent in Dutch and strong Knowledge of English
