Roles & Responsibilities
Our Business Continuity & Resilience team helps organizations prepare for, manage and recover from disruptions. We design and improve frameworks for operational resilience, business continuity and disaster recovery.
* Help clients build and improve Business Continuity and Crisis Management programs (e.g. ISO
* Advise on governance, roles, responsibilities and run testing exercises.
* Review and enhance crisis response and resilience strategies.
* Conduct risk assessments, BIAs, and continuity planning.
* Guide clients on regulatory requirements (e.g. CER) and best practices.
* Work closely with risk, compliance and operations teams to embed resilience into the wider risk framework.
* Support ISO 22301 certification and help improve continuity maturity.
We work across many industries, combining practical experience with deep expertise in risk and resilience.

Skills & Qualifications
* Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* 3-5 years' experience in risk, business continuity, crisis or disaster recovery, in-house or consulting.
* Solid knowledge of business continuity practices (ISO 22301 is a plus).
* Familiar with EU/BE regulations like DORA, NIS2, CER.
* Experience with BIAs, risk assessments and continuity planning.
* Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach.
* Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
* Proactive team player who can also work independently and help grow the business.
* You are confident working with AI tools, have a critical mindset in using AI in everyday tasks and team collaboration.
