We are looking for a UX focused Digital Product Designer to join our BASE tribe.
Your responsibilities as a Digital Product Designer
As a Digital Product Designer, you own the end-to-end user experience of the My BASE App. You translate customer needs and business goals into simple, intuitive flows and interactions that our users love to use.
1. Analyse user behaviour and app performance using research and data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
2. Design and validate optimized user flows and journeys that increase usability, reduce friction, and align with business objectives.
3. Conduct user research or experiments, analyze the input, translate it towards insights and connect the dots into sharp conclusions and recommendations.
4. Communicate and justify the impact of your design work to stakeholders.
5. Directly collaborate with the product manager, UI designer, business analysts, functional analysts, developers and testers, in a hybrid team set-up with an onshore core-team that you will join, and an offshore partner team… to bring this experience to life in a smooth & agile way.
6. Contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency across channels.

Our Ideal Digital Product Designer
12. In your world, customers and mobile app users are key. You have a strong customer empathy; you connect with them like no other and identify with their world.
13. You have a strong understanding of general best practices of UX/UI, with a focus on UX, and able to apply them.
14. You have a proven experiences of at least 3 years in digital product design and UX design.
15. You are at ease regardless of the size of the digital project.
16. You are comfortable working with data and insights to inform design decisions.
17. Proficient in using components from established design systems, templates, and guidelines.
18. Share design knowledge and standards to enrich the design community.
19. Willingness to quickly learn, adapt and grow your design skills.
20. Build bridges with business stakeholders and software engineers.
21. Experience designing mobile applications is a strong plus.
22. Create designs and flows using industry tools like Figma.
23. You are fluent in English and thrive well in an agile environment.
