We're currently recruiting for a Hardware Design Engineer who will play a key role in the development of next-generation electronic products and systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating hardware solutions that form the backbone of products, from early concept through to production and deployment.
You will work across the full hardware development lifecycle, contributing to system architecture decisions, detailed circuit and PCB design, prototyping, testing, and product optimization. This is a hands‑on engineering role that requires both strong technical expertise and practical problem‑solving skills.
The ideal candidate enjoys working at the intersection of innovation and execution, translating ideas into reliable, manufacturable, and high‑performance hardware. You will collaborate closely with firmware, mechanical, and systems engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and product success.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop hardware systems, including schematics, PCB layouts, and circuit designs
Select appropriate components based on performance, cost, availability, and reliability
Perform circuit simulation, analysis, and validation to ensure design integrity
Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and system engineers to integrate hardware solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test reports
Support prototyping, testing, debugging, and failure analysis of hardware systems
Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines
Optimize designs for manufacturability (DFM), testability (DFT), and cost efficiency
Support production ramp‑up and resolve manufacturing issues as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
Strong experience in analog and/or digital circuit design
Proficiency with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence, KiCad, or similar)
Solid understanding of embedded systems and microcontrollers
Experience with schematic capture, simulation tools, and hardware debugging
Knowledge of power electronics, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC principles
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and datasheets
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
