Job Description
As a Senior Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Developing functional specifications and ensuring alignment with business needs.
Assess current-state processes and technologies; identify gaps, opportunities, and target-state improvements.
Collaborate with data science, AI, and technology teams to identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, machine learning, and intelligent workflows.
Define use cases, functional requirements, and success metrics for AI-enabled solutions.
Supporting system implementation, testing, and validation processes.
Providing recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
Coordinating with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Facilitating workshops and meetings to define project scope and deliverables.
Managing project documentation and ensuring timely updates.
Providing post-implementation support and troubleshooting as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior Business Analyst Should Have
A degree in business, technology, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in business analysis within the banking and finance industry.
Proven track record in AI, automation, or data-driven projects.
Proficiency in working with system implementation and process improvement projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
