We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to further strengthen our Sales organization and support the growth of Securitas Technology in Belgium. In this role, you will develop long-term client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and position our advanced Security & ICT solutions in your market segment.
🎯 What you will do
* Develop and grow your customer portfolio through proactive prospecting and strategic account management.
* Drive order intake and achieve commercial targets in line with Securitas Technology’s vision.
* Promote and sell solutions such as video surveillance, access control, intrusion systems, ICT infrastructure, networking, servers, virtualization, and more.
* Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions together with our internal experts.
* Identify new market segments and support lead generation initiatives.
* Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Back Office, Marketing, etc.) to deliver strong results.
💼 What you bring
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent through experience.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Account Manager / Sales role.
* Strong understanding of Security and/or ICT technologies.
* Experience with brands such as:
* Axis, Mobotix, Genetec, Nedap (security)
* Cisco, HP, VMware, Checkpoint (ICT)
* Ability to clearly explain technical solutions and demonstrate added value.
* Strong commercial drive, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* A proactive, dynamic and professional attitude.
