Analog Design Engineers play a crucial role in developing high-performance analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for telecommunications applications.
In this position, you will be responsible for designing and simulating analog building blocks such as amplifiers, data converters, voltage references, and filters.
These ICs are essential for enabling signal processing, data conversion, and front-end functionality in various telecom infrastructures including broadband, wireless, optical, or wireline networks.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to define product architecture, make critical design decisions, and validate silicon prototypes.
Responsibilities:
* Design and simulate analog circuits for telecom system ICs.
* Develop detailed circuit-level specifications from system-level requirements.
* Use industry-standard EDA tools for schematic capture, simulation, and verification.
* Work closely with layout engineers to ensure optimal layout designs.
* Contribute to design reviews, verification planning, and lab validation of silicon prototypes.
* Develop transistor-level and behavioral models as needed.
* Interface with system engineers to optimize IC architecture.
* Support test and characterization teams with debugging and performance analysis.
