About This Role
TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Position Overview
We are looking for a contract Study Coordinator to support an important clinical project in Belgium. The ideal candidate should know Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and be able to communicate well in English.
This is a full-time role, but lower FTE availability will also be taken into consideration.
Please keep in mind that this is a 6-months-long contract role!
Key Responsibilities
* Communication with sponsors, agencies and ethics committees
* Communication and coordination of monitors and audits
* Communication with patients within the recruitment/scheduling
* Respond to Feasibility-Questions
* Compilation of study-relevant documents, including maintenance of corresponding PC folders / structures
* Participation in investigator meetings and study-specific appointments
* Control of and archiving of study documents
* Regulation and cooperation with external service providers (e.g. laboratory)
* Maintenance of study overviews, control of compliance with study budget
Qualifications
* Professional experience as Study Nurse/Study Coordinator or completed full university degree in a natural science field
* Good knowledge of ICH-GCP Guidelines and AM
* Good regulatory skills
* Knowledge about clinical studies
* Good command of English and Dutch, both written and spoken
