* EPM (Enterprise Performance Management, e.g. Oracle EPM/NSPB/PBCS)
* PPM (Project Portfolio Management, e.g. Clarity PPM, ServiceNow & KeyedIn Projects)
* Globis (= logistics and transport ERP)
You are happy to dive into a tool, e.g. Oracle NetSuite, in order to make your client’s operations as efficient and effective as possible. Your responsibilities include:
* Functional and technical configuration of client-specific requirements.
* Building and optimising automation processes within the various tools.
* Building reports within the tools.
* Data migration.
* User Acceptance Testing, working out test scenarios.
* On-site training of clients’ super/admin users (e.g. by giving demos).
What do you bring to the table?
* You have a Master’s degree and a passion for IT implementations. A solid understanding of financial/business accounting (e.g., Commercial Engineering) is an asset.
* Knowledge of, experience in or an affinity with accounting, planning and budgeting is important.
* You have an interest in software tools and development, databases, queries, scripting and reporting.
* You have a sharp, analytical mind; the ability to approach problems from different angles and make quick decisions. However, you are not purely an IT analyst; you also enjoy implementations.
* You are client-oriented, with the necessary empathy, negotiation skills and flexibility.
* You are communicative, results-oriented and aware of the added value of teamwork to achieve maximum results.
* You can work independently and have learned to manage stress to find solutions in crisis situations.
* Dutch is your first language, with proficiency in French and English.
What do we bring to the table?
* Start in a general position and discover which types of clients, duties or specialisations suit you best. After the starter days, you will build your own career along with your colleagues.
* Take on increasing amounts of responsibility with support from your team.
* BDO Academy’s extensive list of training courses helps you grow both personally and professionally.
* Sample projects from other Business Practices through our “flex pool”.
* Options to work from home or from the nearest office, and flexible working hours.
* A competitive salary package with many attractive benefits such as a net expense allowance, company car, mobile phone plan, hospitalisation insurance, etc.
* Work at a company with an integrated sustainability policy on issues such as climate impact and equality, diversity and inclusion, contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
