To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Commercial Director at Kairos.
Function
As Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the overall management of Kairos, together with the Managing Director, Development Manager, and Construction Manager. You will focus on real estate development, marketing, and design management, and play a key role in the further growth and positioning of the company.
A selection of your tasks and responsibilities:
Leading and strengthening Kairos' commercial strategy and real estate portfolio
Building and maintaining commercial relationships with investors, tenants, real estate agents, financial institutions such as banks, joint venture partners, etc.
Conducting competitive research and analyzing key current and potential customers and their needs
Identifying real estate opportunities in line with the strategy and developing them into concrete dossiers with potential, with a view to obtaining agreements for investment.
Negotiating and concluding agreements in collaboration with the internal legal department
Managing the design process to arrive at a site plan and/or preliminary design. Where necessary, you will also work with your development colleagues to supervise the preliminary design and permit application in accordance with design‑to‑budget principles and according to schedule.
You will manage all commercial activities, including managing the exit/sale of commercial projects (offices, SME parks, etc.) and leading the marketing and sales team for residential projects in order to achieve sales targets.
Profile
You have completed a relevant Master's degree program.
You have extensive experience in real estate development and construction, have a strong business orientation, and know better than anyone how to attract customers and manage teams.
You can think and act strategically, but you are also pragmatic and hands‑on.
You have strong analytical skills, are structured, process‑oriented, and have the ability to question and challenge existing perceptions.
You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and are fluent in all aspects of the Dutch, French, and English languages.
