Position: IT Project Manager
Responsabilities:
* Lead and ensure the successful execution of IT projects from initiation to closure (scope, planning, resources, risks, budget).
* Coordinate technical teams (developers, engineers, architects, etc.) and ensure resource availability.
* Develop and track a detailed project plan using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as needed.
* Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality IT solutions aligned with business requirements.
* Manage relationships with stakeholders (internal teams, clients, vendors, senior management).
* Implement effective risk management strategies to anticipate and resolve technical or organizational issues.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (technical specifications, progress reports, post-mortem analyses).
* Guide and mentor project team members in adopting best practices for IT project management.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Management or Business
* 2 to 10 years of a proven experience in Project Management
* Strong leadership skills
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
* Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, matrix organisation where the workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously
* Ability to communicate strategically with various stakeholder including a business audience
* Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks
* Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a new environment
* Proactivity
* Autonomy
* Languages:
* Must be able to speak fluently in French AND English,
* Dutch is an asset
