In short, you will be responsible for the team, budget, planning through to the end result. What exactly does this Project Manager job entail? You establish a team for the construction of the fibre network and provide the coordination of this team. Together with the team, you are responsible for the construction of a fibre ('Fiber to the home') network. You take care of the day-to-day management in terms of staffing, planning and follow-up. You manage the budget and are responsible for the P&L. You report the progress and problems to the operations manager. You play an important role in stakeholder management. You also bear final responsibility for the delivered quality of the works and the documentation of test reports and as-builts. As Project Manager Fiber Network, we are looking for someone with the following skills: You have strong people management skills who is able to motivate and lead a team. You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in project management/a leadership role. You have experience in financial management and budget management. You are always cost-conscious and have an eye for efficiency and quality. You are fluent in the use of various reporting tools and software (e.g. PowerBi, Excel, etc.). Ideally, you have a strong knowledge of French or Dutch.
