Responsibilities
* Strategic Maintenance Management: Monitor equipment, oversee maintenance plans, and intervene to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
* Supplier Relations Management: Select suppliers, negotiate contracts, manage spare parts inventory, and procurement to ensure machine performance and availability.
* Change Management: Identify and implement change initiatives to enable the team to achieve expected performance levels.
* Continuous Process Improvement: Implement initiatives to optimize costs and increase equipment efficiency.
* Technical Project Management: Lead major technical projects, such as equipment installation or infrastructure upgrades, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
* Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Ensure a safe working environment, compliance with safety standards, and regulatory conformity of equipment.
* Production Team Support: Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment availability and support productivity.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Electromechanics.
* Excellent skills in technical management and industrial maintenance.
* Strong project management skills in production environments.
* Solid leadership and team management skills in technical and production environments.
* In-depth knowledge of industrial technologies and automated systems.
* Ability to optimize processes and promote innovative solutions.
