* Lead and facilitate workshops with key users and stakeholders (fit/gap, process design, validation, and training sessions).
* Advise clients on best practices and standard D365 functionality, ensuring minimal customization and future‑proof solutions.
* Collaborate closely with technical consultants and developers to ensure correct implementation of functional requirements.
* Support testing activities (SIT, UAT), including test scenario definition, execution support, and issue resolution.
* Provide end‑user training, documentation, and change support to ensure successful adoption.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, contributing to continuous improvement, roadmap definition, and optimisation initiatives.
* Support pre‑sales activities where needed, including solution demos, estimations, and proposal input.

* Lead nearshore/offshore teams, ensuring consistent quality, efficient delivery and a "one team" collaboration model.
* Contribute to building the practice’s adoption capability, including guidance on AI‑enabled initiatives relevant to the Microsoft ecosystem.
* Help grow the team in capabilities, expertise and market position, and contribute to shaping propositions, go‑to‑market focus and positioning.
* Collaborate in building the practice playbook together with the team and leadership.
About You
* Have 5–7+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (or AX 2012 / Dynamics AX).
* Have strong functional knowledge of one or more SCM domains: procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, planning, or logistics.
* Consulting experience is strongly preferred.
* Have proven experience in leading workshops and interacting with senior stakeholders.
* Have experience working in end‑to‑end ERP implementations, from analysis through go‑live and post‑go‑live support.

* Microsoft D365 certifications are a strong asset.
* Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Have strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
* Be able to translate complex business requirements into clear functional solutions.
* Be a team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
* Have strong facilitation skills and be comfortable leading workshops and steering discussions.
* Be structured, detail‑oriented, and quality‑driven.
