R&D Engineer – Machinery (Aerospace & Automotive)

We are an innovative engineering company developing advanced machinery primarily for the Aerospace and Automotive industries. To support continued growth, we are looking for an R&D Engineer to join our development team.
Design and develop new machines and subsystems from concept to testing
Analyze machine and sensor data to drive innovation
Collaborate closely with engineering, testing, and production teams
Master’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
~CAD experience (Python/Matlab is a plus)
~ Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus)
Work on advanced machinery used in global Aerospace & Automotive applications
Modern tools, short decision lines, and real engineering ownership
