Your responsibilities
6. Full management of monthly multi-country payroll in coordination with external providers.
7. Ensure compliance with local legal requirements (social declarations, internal audits, GDPR compliance).
8. Oversee and maintain employee benefits programs (health insurance, pension, mobility, etc.).
9. Work closely with both local and international HR teams.
10. Actively contribute to continuous improvement and HR digitalization initiatives.
The ideal profile
11. Experience: At least 5 years in international payroll and benefits management; experience across multiple countries or within complex structures is a strong asset.
12. Languages: Fluent English required; Dutch or French is a plus.
13. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field – solid knowledge of social legislation is expected.
