Ph3Customer Experience Solutions /h3 pCustomer Experience Solutions is responsible for customer-facing IT systems of SNCB, including commercial channels and products, passenger information systems and systems for stations, facilities and buildings. /p h3Job Description Responsibilities /h3 ul liYou are responsible for creating and maintaining baseline and target business, application and technology architecture of the assigned domain, in order to support a sound and sufficient IT landscape for the assigned domain. /li liDevelop, document and maintain an architectural roadmap in close collaboration with the business and IT stakeholders, the delivery organization and portfolio management. /li liYou also participate in the selection of vendors and solutions (buy decisions), working closely together with business and IT stakeholders. /li liAssess the requirements from a business process perspective, IT and technology perspective (functional and non‑functional) and propose landscape improvements and rationalisation. /li liContribute to the business capability map linked to the business processes and technologies (digital solutions) in line with the value streams and goals of SNCB. /li liVerify that the proposed solutions are consistent with other projects and the defined IT vision and strategy. /li liConduct methodological and detailed investigations of the as‑is situation and document this in the Architecture Repository (ADOIT). /li liPerform quality checks on this repository and resolve any inconsistencies and inaccuracies of the knowledge base by getting after and finding the appropriate information. /li liMonitor the application and technology lifecycle and propose actions to maintain a healthy IT landscape (e.g. assign TIME values on Business Applications). /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster in Informatics or Master in Computer Science (or related) or equivalent by experience. /li li10 years of experience in an architectural role (either as solution or enterprise architect). /li liStrategy and management consulting experience is highly recommended to act as partner for senior management and CxO’s both from IT and business side. /li liHands‑on experience with technology and delivery practices is considered an additional asset. /li liLanguage skills: Fluent in Dutch or French and English. /li liExperience within public transport is a great asset. /li liKnowledge of different analysis techniques (e.g. use cases, scenario building…). /li liExpertise in different notations and methodologies: ArchiMate, but also BPMN and UML. /li liAbility to understand and apply the long‑term ("big picture") vision vs tactical needs. /li liGood communicator both to IT and business stakeholders and to C‑level. /li liExcellent presentation skills. /li liMethodical, thorough and detail‑oriented work. /li liDiplomatic and patient in dealing with people. /li liPro‑active mentality, strong problem solving techniques, hands‑on and organized. /li liBe able to manage several tasks at the same time, stress resistant. /li liExcellent stakeholder management skills – Be able to go after information and people (with regard to internal and external contacts). /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pWithin our open corporate culture, you contribute to the digital transformation of SNCB.
