Job Overview - Freelance IT Recruiter
For our client active in the insurance sector, we are seeking an IT Recruiter on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
Primary Responsibilities:
* End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle from the initial intake meeting with hiring managers to contract negotiations.
* Active Sourcing: Proactively hunt for specialized IT talent using advanced search tools and \"direct search\" methodologies.
* Candidate Experience: Conduct screenings, facilitate testing, and provide detailed recruitment reports and feedback to stakeholders.
* Collaboration: Work closely within the HR Service Center team, reporting directly to the HR Manager to meet organizational hiring goals.
Profile Requirements
Technical Skills:
* Expert Sourcing: Proven experience in \"direct search\" and recruitment via professional social networks (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
* Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office; a quick learner of new digital HR tools.
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to draft compelling job ads and select appropriate channels for niche IT roles.
Soft Skills & Experience:
* Background: A Master’s degree or equivalent through at least 5 years of recruitment experience.
* Mindset: A customer-oriented team player who takes initiative and communicates with clarity and impact.
* Languages: Native-level fluency (or professional proficiency) in Dutch, French, and English is essential.
Practical Information
* Schedule: 3 days per week.
* Location : Anderlecht (hybrid)
* Onboarding: 3 days onsite per week during the initial phase.
* Post-Onboarding: 1 day onsite per week required.
