DESCRIPTION OF THE TAS KS • User guidance and support regarding the use of information systems, ICT tools and audio-visual systems; • Participate to meetings as pre-evaluation to define the needs of the clients; • Monitor the evaluation facility and ensuring the availability of the meetings; • Provide technical and business first-line support to experts; • Report incidents related and follow them up: liaise with central services of DG DIGIT and DG SCIC; • Follow-up user requests; • Document knowledge, known issues and transfer this knowledge to colleagues; • Categorize and prioritize incoming tickets correctly and escalate where needed; • Ensure the first level support for all information systems operated in the front office. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks: • Proven knowledge in end user assistance and support of information systems. • Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks. • Knowledge of the office automation tools used in the contracting authority (MS-Office). • Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capabilityand experience in working in team; • Ability to participate in multilingual meetings; • Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects; • Excellent Team Player; SPECIFIC EXPERTISE Excellent knowledge in end user assistance and support of information systems. Ability to understand, speak and write English (C1) and French (C1). Experience of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks. Experience of the office automation tools used in the contracting authority (M365) LEVEL OF EDUCATION Bachelor Degree
