Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced recruiter who can source and hire the best candidates for our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business strategy, operational excellence, digital transformation, and IT expertise.
* Direct Recruitment: Source top talent in Strategy, Operations, Digital, and IT from Belgium and occasionally the Netherlands.
* External Channels: Coordinate with headhunters, manage spontaneous applications, and maintain the company talent pool.
* Beyond Recruitment: Anticipate hiring needs, conduct compensation benchmarking, and contribute to employer branding and candidate experience improvements.
The successful candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in consultancy or professional services. They should possess fluency in French, Dutch, and English, as well as a sharp analytical mindset and a warm people-first approach.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
