🚨 SAP Programme Director / Transformation Lead – Brussels (Hybrid)
We’re supporting a major organisation undergoing a large-scale SAP transformation, and are looking for a senior Programme Director to take ownership of delivery across a complex, multi-project landscape.
This is a high-impact leadership role, sitting at the intersection of business and IT, with full accountability for programme governance, stakeholder alignment, and successful execution at scale.
You’ll be leading end-to-end SAP initiatives (incl. S/4HANA) across a broad functional scope covering areas such as finance, supply chain, procurement, HR, and operations, while managing senior stakeholders up to executive level.
The role requires someone who has extensive experience (15+ years) delivering large SAP programmes, building and leading PMOs, and driving transformation in complex, multi-entity environments (ideally within large enterprise or regulated industries).
Strong leadership, structured programme delivery, and the ability to operate at both strategic and execution level are key.
