We're looking for an expert to join our client's team, bringing extensive expertise in information security and artificial intelligence. This role is pivotal in driving the organization's digital transformation while ensuring robust cybersecurity measures are in place. The successful candidate will be integral to developing security policies and deploying AI innovations that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will perform various tasks, including:
Design, maintain, and implement information security policies aligned with industry standards and organizational priorities.
Coordinate risk analyses, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments, while developing risk management strategies with a focus on cloud and data platform risks.
Lead incident response efforts, optimizing capabilities through tools such as Azure Security Center, and ensuring compliance with relevant security frameworks.
Oversee security audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies while documenting security controls for management review.
Design secure cloud and hybrid architectures, incorporating hardening guidelines and identity management policies under a zero-trust framework.
Facilitate AI-driven projects, developing models that streamline processes and improve user experiences, while integrating AI solutions with existing software platforms.
Evaluate AI risks and promote governance guidelines for responsible AI usage.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess:
At least 8 years of experience in the information security domain, with a robust technical foundation in security principles and practices.
Proven expertise in AI technologies, particularly in image recognition/computer vision, with practical experience in developing scalable AI applications.
Familiarity with frameworks such as CyFun and regulatory compliance, especially the EU AI Act.
A pragmatic, independent working style with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with proficiency in French considered an asset.
Experience And Qualifications
The candidate will ideally have the following qualifications:
Previous role as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with a focus on risk management and security policy development.
Strong understanding of security governance, particularly ISO 27001 and 27002, and practical experience in implementing security concepts.
Experience in Business Continuity Planning or Disaster Recovery Planning, with a strong background in Security Operations.
Effective communication skills and the ability to represent the organization in national cybersecurity forums.
