Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics Support Professional to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, providing support during CRM-related projects and system upgrades.
Main Responsibilities:
* User maintenance (Dynamics 365 & Business Central)
* Revision and testing of Microsoft updates and their impact on Dynamics 365 & Business Central systems
* Processing of small customisations of Dynamics 365
* Support during Dynamics 365 & Business Central related projects
* Identification of process optimisations (automation, digitalisation, AI-driven optimisations, reporting)

Experience and Education:
* Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent job experience
