Description

:KONE is looking for a Team Leader for the CS&A Ops department. This position is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to drive change.

Your Role:As a Team Leader at KONE, you will be responsible for:

1. Administrative managementof KONE construction sites and invoice management.
2. Collaborationthroughout the project lifecycle.
3. Managing interactionswith internal clients for reporting.
4. Coordinationwith project supervisors.
5. Improving proceduresand identifying efficiency gains.
6. Taking initiativeand proposing innovative solutions to improve service and workflow.
7. Monitoring and managingteam performance, ensuring KPI compliance.
8. Using customer service datato identify areas for improvement.
9. Compliancewith company policies and global processes.
10. Managing team operationswithin budget while ensuring efficiency.
11. Implementing and overseeingnew tools, processes, and systems to optimize team performance.

People Management:

12. Setting goals and creatingpersonal development plansandindividual development plansfor team members.
13. Promotingskill development, ensuring continuous improvement of competencies.
14. Creating acollaborative environmentthat encourages information sharing and teamwork.
15. Ensuring theintegration and trainingof competent new members.
16. Fostering apositive work cultureto enhance employee engagement.

Client Management:

17. Ensuringeffective complaint management, guaranteeing prompt responses and follow-ups.
18. Improving the customer experience by adopting acustomer-centric approachwithin the team.

What You Bring:

19. Provenleadership experience– you know how to guide, support, and inspire a team.
20. Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English – these languages are essential for this position.
21. Technical expertise– experience with SAP, Salesforce, and strong general IT skills.
22. Multitasking skills– you can manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
23. Change-ready mindset– you embrace transformation and drive continuous improvement.
24. Attention to detail and quick execution.
25. Experience in administration, invoicing, and order management.
